Terms & Conditions - The Basics
By making a reservation at The Burgundy B&B, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations and Payment

A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking.

Full payment for the stay is due upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.

For special rates or promotions, payment terms may vary. Please check the details at the time of booking.
2. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of your stay as a no-show fee.
3. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a full booking about, unless mentioned otherwise on the reservation channel.
4. Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

If any items are taken, lost, or destroyed, additional charges will be applied to cover the repair or replacement costs.

The Burgundy B&B reserves the right to charge your credit card for any damages or loss after your departure, should it be necessary.
5. City Tax

As per city regulations, a city tax of €4 per person per night will be added to your bill at check-out. This tax is payable directly to The Burgundy B&B.
6. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible upon request but is subject to availability.

Check-out time is latest 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request but is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
7. Quiet Hours and Behavior

We ask all guests to be considerate of others and adhere to quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

The Burgundy B&B reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guests who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
8. Special Requests

Special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room preferences) should be made at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate them, they are not guaranteed.
9. Liability

The Burgundy B&B is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to guests or their belongings during their stay, except as required by law.
